Hampden Artists Helping Others

Students have been working together to create works of art that will be auctioned off in November for Family Promise. Family Promise is an organization that helps situationally homeless families to get back on their feet. The artwork students are creating will be helping local families who live in Cumberland and Dauphin Counties. Each grade level (1-5) will be donating a single work of art that they have all had a part in creating.

If you would like to attend the auction, please click here for more information.

As an extension of this project, many families have expressed a desire to own the artwork.  Unfortunately, since it is not feasible to create additional original pieces, we have decided to sell prints of the originals to the community.  To help the thousands of hurricane victims in Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico, proceeds from the sale of these prints will be donated on behalf of the Hampden Community to the American Red Cross.  Click here for more details.  All prints will be in full color and on 9 mm poster paper.
