In 2016, Mr. Franze earned his principal’s certificate and became the Assistant Principal of Douglas MacArthur Elementary School in Alexandria, VA.

After serving three years as assistant principal, Mr. Franze and his wife sought to be closer to family and find an active community to raise their two sons. The entire Franze family has enjoyed every moment of being a part of the Cumberland Valley and Hampden communities.

In his free time, Mr. Franze enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two sons, and dog. He works to live a balanced life, filled with fun, learning, and time to play basketball and golf.
